A little more about mastering... Mastering is the final and most crucial stage of the recording process. Yet so many artists overlook it and are not aware of how important it is, or how it can really enhance the initial recording itself. Therefore, whether it's due to high prices or simply not knowing the difference, it is almost always disregarded. Mastering adds the final punch heard on major label releases, as well as a more spacious, stereo image to your original recordings. If you are planning an album release, Mastering your Cd is a must. Afterall, if you've come this far... chances are you've already spent "BIG BUCKS" in the studio recording your songs. So why cut corners now? Mastering is the icing on the cake. But we are all well aware of how costly mastering rates can be. In some cases as much as $100.00, $200.00 per hour, even more. It's no wonder that most Artists choose to avoid it. However, the Majors wouldn't dream of releasing albums without mastering them first, and neither should you! The good news is... now you don't have to. We've made mastering your Cd very affordable. Infact it's so affordable we're sure you'll be amazed. Especially if you're already familiar with mastering rates. So come on! Try us out! Get that Major Label Sound for your Cd's and hear the difference between Mastered and Unmastered!

Now that we've explained some of the pros to mastering, there are some things that it can not do! As a simple rule of thumb... If mastering enhances a good recording, and makes it sound even better, it will also make a bad recording sound even worse! Below are some things that mastering can't change or fix in the mix.
Remove distortion in individual tracks or the mixdown
Remove excess reverb or effects
Change the left/right location of one instrument in the mix
Turn a bad recording into a good one
Change the volume level of an independent track, say a vocal for example, etc...
We highly recommend sending songs on Cd, Cd-R, or Dat!
To hear our work you can order our CD Sampler Disc for $12.00 ea.
In addition to Cd mastering, and one-off's, we can also add instruments, i.e., drums, bass guitar, background vocals, etc..., to your pre-existing recordings. If you already have a finished master, a guitar/vocal, or piano/ vocal, and would like to have drums, bass, background vocals, etc..., we can add these instruments to your songs and give them that finished sound.
